There may be times where the phrase is true but we let you decide!  Keep in mind when the other guys say "just by a new one", you should realize that while a new computer would be great, all of your files, programs, emails, and favorites are on your computer. Not to mention new computers boast all these new features and speeds but 90% of computer users don't need the extra speeds to surf the internet.
