Our diagnostic fee is $30.00 and is payable when dropping off your equipment.
Once we have diagnosed your issue we offer you a solution and an estimate for repairs.
If you authorize the repairs, the diagnostic fee will be waived and your $30.00 will be applied as a pre-payment towards your total balance.
